Ingredients
- 1.8 kg rhubarb stems chopped finely 1.8 kg sugar
- 2 tsp ground cloves
- 4 cups vinegar
- Salt
- Sultanas (optional)
- 3 tsp cayenne pepper
- 6 large onions chopped
Instructions
Boil all ingredients together for two hours then bottle. Will keep for one year. Great with pork, cold meats and cheese.
