A rosette forming succulent with dark purple-black, pointed leaves, with bright green in the centre of the rosette. Each rosette can grow about 7cm across.

This succulent is grown easily in well drained soil in sun or partial shade. If potted it will grow as large as the container allows. Before planting cultivate the soil to a depth of 20cm and mix in compost and a complete garden fertiliser. Use Oderings Potting & Basket Mix for containers.
