FILL is natural stone nuggets which have been rolled to remove sharp edges. When placed in the PotSak pouch they can be levelled in the bottom of your pot to create a 2-5mm cavity for free drainage for your plant. You can use your own stones in the PotSak pouches but just insure you only have 2-5cm in the pot bottom. The stone nuggets are a perfect shape and size for free drainage when they are in the PotSak pouch.
