A medium sized rhubarb that grows all year round, vigorous in its grow but not as large as Ruby Tart. Stems are pink on the inside which is a unique feature. 

High level of disease resistance. Edible reddish-coloured stems are used in desserts, preserves and cooked dishes. Ideal planted in garden beds or large pots where it will remain undisturbed.

Before planting cultivate soil to a depth of 20cm and mix in compost and complete garden fertiliser. Use Oderings Potting Mix for containers. Feed with blood and bone during the warmer growing months. Plant around 90cm apart.
