Otherwise known as the giant timber bamboo, it's one of the tallest growing bamboos. Although the size of a giant, it is not particularly invasive as it forms dense clumps rather than spreading, making it ideal for a screen or hedge. Positioning is important as this huge specimen will grow to around 10m - 12m.
