Broad beans are a great cool season vegetable and can be planted from April through till September. A great advantage is that the broad beans freeze well. Plant approximately 4cm deep, 10cm apart and the rows approximately 90cm apart.

Early Long Pod is an early maturing selection from Exhibition Long Pod. Pods are fleshy and approximately 25-28cm long.
