Festuca Banks Peninsula Blue, is a versatile clump-forming, low-growing grass. With narrow, silver foliage that grow in dense tufts and produces flower spikes that rise above the foliage and bear small, pale blue-green flowers in early summer. It can also typically be propagated by dividing established clumps in the spring or autumn.
