Rabbits Foot Fern

Popular plant with attractive feathery-like foliage and thick hair stems which some say resemble a rabbits foot or spiders leg. 

Habitat: Will grow to a mature size of 60cm tall. Ideal for pots indoors.

Light: Thrives in bright, indirect light

Water: During spring and summer try and keep the soil moist at all times, without leaving the soil soaked. This species only has small roots so it's taking most of it's water and nutrients from the top soil

Humidity: High, mist plant 3 times a week to minimise brown leaf tips.

Soil: Re-pot into Oderings houseplant potting mix

Fertiliser: Use a Liquid fertiliser in summer

Flower Color: Non-flowering

Pests: Aphids are most common and can be found on new growth

Poisonous for pets: Non-toxic to pets and humans
