The young tender leaves of this variety are popular for Asian cooking, although the bumpy skinned fruit is inedible. Also known as the Makrut lime. 

For best results - Water well before re-moving from container. Plant in well-worked, free-draining soil and mulch to retain moisture. Avoid deep cultivation after planting. Apply a citrus fertiliser annually.
