Oderings has 4pk Elephant Garlic bulbs available in store or online. A mild garlic flavor, planted in autumn and can be harvested about eight months later in the following summer.

Break bulb up into individual cloves, plant the same day to prevent dehydration. 

A popular perennial herb that forms a segmented onion like bulb (cloves). These cloves are widely used in cooking to flavour meat, bread and vegetables. The shoots and leaves can be used like chives. Garlic inter-planted with other crops will help repel insect pests.
