Garlic Seed - New Zealand Printanor Single

Printanor Garlic Bulbs - A relatively new variety with large bulbs filled with beautiful, plump tasty cloves. A lovely mid, to strong flavour. One planted bulb will produce around 15 when fully mature. Best time to plant the New Zealand Printanor garlic seed is mid June-August. Break bulb up into individual cloves, plant the same day to prevent dehydration. 

A popular perennial herb that forms a segmented onion like bulb (cloves). These cloves are widely used in cooking to flavour meat, bread and vegetables. The shoots and leaves can be used like chives. Garlic inter-planted with other crops will help repel insect pests. 

Maturity approx 7 months.
