Covid 19 Freight Restrictions

Please note that all plants ordered online are shipped from our Christchurch Nursery.

During this busy time we are packing and sending orders every working day. Courier Post have advised us that due to Covid safety restrictions, orders are taking around 2 days longer to be delivered than normal for the upper North Island and Auckland. This means North Island orders are taking 4-5 working days to be delivered (allow one extra day for rural), South Island orders are taking around 2 days (allow one extra day for rural). These delivery guides are once the package has been picked up. 

If you have confirmation your order has been sent and it is still within these time frames, please refrain from contacting us. Check your tracking number to see what stage your parcel is at, but remember they may be updating tracking slower than usual due to the large parcel volumes.
