One of the earliest flowering cherries. White, almond scented flowers are produced in profusion to cover this delightful vase shaped, spreading tree. Striking display of autumn colour as foliage turns to shades of orange and red. Position in full sun for best flower display. A hardy, tried and tested variety. Great specimen Tree widely used on street and avenue planting. Best planted in deeply worked, free-draining, organically enriched, moisture-retentive soil. Apply mulch to retain moisture. Shelter from strong winds. Feed early in spring to maintain vigour.
